Party on the Pelican Isle Pool Patio in honor of Esther Ganaway is Saturday June, 10, 2023 starting at 3:00 pm at the clubhouse patio. Food will be served about 5:30. BBQ, tea and water will be provided.  Please bring your favorite side or dessert.  Donations to the Pelican Isle Property Owners Association will be accepted in memory of Esther Ganaway. 

Work Day is November 5th, 2022 @ 8am to assist with the building of the fence around the trash area. We need as many able-bodied folks as possible to get the job done quickly.  Lunch will be provided for the workers. We need donations of ice, water, drinks, ice chests, desserts and cash to pay for the lunch.  Please email or leave a message at the POA office.  You can also reach Pam @ 214-232-4644.  

Open board meetings are held the third Saturday of January, April, July & October at 10:00 a.m., in the clubhouse. Meeting agenda and minutes will be made available on the POA Board Meeting Materials page as soon as they are available. 

The Board expresses a sincere thank you to all members who are paying their dues. Payment of past dues is very much appreciated. We are getting the office repaired so we can operate out of it. The money that was owed is helping get this done. If we don’t collect dues, we cannot operate as a POA. Thank you all.

All washers and dryers in the clubhouse laundry room are working and available for your use if you are a POA member. Money collected from these machines is our money. It goes directly into the POA bank account and is your money as a POA member.

The clubhouse is available for reservation for private events on non-holiday weekends only.  If interested, contact a POA board member or officer to confirm availability and the monetary deposit/fees that will apply. Please note that COVID-19 restrictions will likely impact these reservations indefinitely.
